1. Use of the Application

The application provides tools and features related to location sharing, circle-based communication, locating misplaced devices, and other related services.

You may use the application only for lawful, personal, and non-commercial purposes unless otherwise expressly permitted.

You are responsible for ensuring that your use of the application complies with all applicable laws and regulations.

2. Eligibility

You must have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms of Use.

If you are under the age required to independently enter into a binding agreement in your jurisdiction, you may use the application only with the permission and supervision of a parent or legal guardian.

3. Location Sharing and Consent

Location sharing is at the heart of the application. It works only with consent.

Each person decides whether and how to share their location, and can pause or stop sharing at any time.

You must not use the application to track, monitor, or observe any person without that person's knowledge and consent.

You are responsible for obtaining any necessary consent before sharing another person's location.

4. Circles

A circle is a private group you create or join. Circles are intended for family members, close friends, and other people who trust each other.

Members of a circle can see each other's shared locations on a map.

You must not add a person to a circle without that person's knowledge and consent.

You must not use a circle to harass, stalk, or monitor any person.

5. Location Accuracy and Use

Location information provided by the application may be approximate, delayed, or incomplete.

Location accuracy depends on factors including:

• GPS reception
• Cellular and Wi-Fi availability
• Device settings and battery status
• Network conditions
• Device location

The application is not intended, and should not be used, as the sole basis for decisions where accurate or real-time location is critical, such as emergency response, navigation, or safety-critical decisions.

You should not rely on the application as a substitute for professional or emergency services.

6. User Content

You may provide photos, images, text, preferences, selections, or other materials when using the application.

You retain your rights to content you lawfully own.

By submitting content through the application, you grant the limited rights necessary to process, analyze, transmit, store, and use that content solely as needed to provide and operate the relevant features.

You represent that you have the necessary rights and permissions to upload and use any content you submit.

You must not upload content that:

• Infringes intellectual property or privacy rights
• Is illegal or fraudulent
• Contains malicious software or harmful code
• Contains unlawful, abusive, or exploitative material
• Violates applicable laws or the rights of another person

7. Intellectual Property

The application, including its software, interface, graphics, design elements, functionality, text, and related materials, is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Except for rights expressly granted under these Terms of Use, no ownership rights are transferred to you.

You may not:

8. Subscriptions and Paid Features

Some features may require a paid subscription or other in-app purchase.

Subscription prices, billing periods, trial availability, and included features are displayed before purchase.

By purchasing a subscription, you authorize the applicable app marketplace to charge the payment method associated with your account.

Subscriptions may automatically renew unless canceled before the end of the current billing period in accordance with the applicable marketplace rules.

You are responsible for reviewing the subscription terms presented at the time of purchase.

9. Free Trials

Where a free trial is offered, eligibility and trial duration will be displayed before subscription confirmation.

Unless canceled before the trial ends, the subscription may automatically convert into a paid subscription at the displayed price.

Availability of free trials may vary and is not guaranteed for every user.

10. Cancellation and Refunds

Subscriptions can generally be managed or canceled through the subscription settings associated with the marketplace account used to make the purchase.

Deleting the application does not necessarily cancel an active subscription.

Refund requests are subject to the policies and procedures of the marketplace through which the purchase was completed.

11. Service Availability

We aim to make the application available reliably, but uninterrupted or error-free operation is not guaranteed.

The application or individual features may occasionally become unavailable due to:

• Maintenance
• Network conditions
• Technical failures
• Service provider outages
• Software updates
• Security issues
• Changes to third-party services

Features may be modified, suspended, replaced, or discontinued when reasonably necessary.

12. Third-Party Services

The application may rely on third-party technologies or services for functions such as:

• Artificial intelligence processing
• Cloud infrastructure
• Analytics
• Subscription processing

We are not responsible for services or content provided independently by third parties.

13. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the application.

• Use automated tools to overload or excessively access the service
• Attempt to bypass usage limits or subscription restrictions
• Submit harmful, deceptive, or malicious content

Access may be limited or suspended where misuse is detected.

14. Prohibited Use of Location Features

You must not use location features to:

• Track, monitor, or observe any person without that person's knowledge and consent
• Stalk, harass, or intimidate any person
• Violate applicable privacy or surveillance laws
• Misrepresent or misuse another person's location
• Use location data for any purpose other than the intended personal and family use

We may suspend or terminate access where location features are misused, and may report unlawful activity to the appropriate authorities.

15. Disclaimer of Warranties

The application and its content are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis to the extent permitted by law.

No guarantee is made that:

• The application will always be available or error-free
• Location information will be accurate or complete
• Location information will be available in real time
• Generated content will meet your expectations
• All defects or errors will be corrected

Your use of the application is at your own risk.

16. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, liability is excluded for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or similar damages arising from or related to your use of the application.

This may include losses resulting from:

• Reliance on location information
• Inaccurate or delayed location data
• Misuse of location features by other users
• Loss of data
• Service interruption
• Device or network issues
• Third-party services
• Unauthorized access beyond reasonable control

Where liability cannot legally be excluded, it will be limited to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.

17. Indemnification

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to be responsible for claims, losses, or expenses arising from:

• Your misuse of the application
• Your violation of these Terms of Use
• Content you submit
• Your infringement of another person's rights
• Your violation of applicable law
• Your use of location features without proper consent

18. Suspension and Termination

Access to the application or certain features may be restricted or terminated if you violate these Terms of Use, misuse the service, create security risks, or engage in fraudulent or unlawful activity.

You may stop using the application at any time.

Termination does not automatically cancel an active paid subscription. Subscription cancellation must be completed through the applicable subscription management process.

Features, functionality, content, subscription offerings, and technical requirements may change over time.

Updates may be introduced to improve performance, security, user experience, or functionality.

Certain older versions of the application may eventually stop being supported.

20. Changes to These Terms

These Terms of Use may be updated periodically to reflect changes in the application, applicable law, subscription offerings, or operating practices.

The updated version will include a revised effective date.

Continued use of the application after updated terms become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms of Use where permitted by law.

21. Severability

These Terms of Use, together with any applicable privacy disclosures and subscription terms presented within the application, constitute the agreement governing your use of the application.
